In Research Unit 4 Natural Hazards, the eScience Center is working together with the relevant sections on the implementation of a comprehensive platform to establish interoperability and communication between the various existing systems at the GFZ and to enable holistic observation, detection, evaluation and assessment of the hazards of natural events (see also ARISTOTLE and TRIDEC Cloud).

Research Unit 5 Georesources and Geoenergy is working on the implementation of a cross-sectional solution for the interactive 3D visualization of data and models complementary to publications for the description and analysis of the subsurface in research regions (see also B3D).
