From 1st to 5th April, we completed the third workshop of the EnvSeis project. The project focuses on environmental seismology, and is coordinated by Jens Turowski and managed by Luc Illien from the Geomorphology section. The workshop was held in the beautiful surroundings of Vindeln, Northern Sweden!

Highlights of the workshop included:

• Presentations of the ongoing research done by our students: it's amazing to see their progress !
• Discussion and presentation with some of our stakeholders ! Big thanks to Marcel Fulde and the Västerbotten County Administrative BoardPresentation on the Vajont landslide by Giovanni Crosta, the use of scientific color maps by Fabio Crameri and science communication by Josef Zens. Thanks a lot everybody !
• Strengthening partnerships and collaboration within the network
• A field trip to look at the monitoring of frozen river with seismic instruments and DAS technology.
• Walking in the snow, hunting Northern Lights and other social activities
