Geo.X “Grow your idea” workshop: bringing together TU Berlin, GFZ and DLR and leading international experts of GNSS Reflectometry en für GNSS-Reflektometrie zusammen

A workshop focused on Collaborative Research Initiatives is set to take place on November 26–27, 2024, in Potsdam at GFZ. This event leverages the combined expertise within the Geo.X network, particularly from GFZ, TU Berlin, and DLR, alongside internationally recognized scientists from Working Group 4.3.10 of International Association of Geodesy (IAG) "Remote sensing using GNSS reflected signals" chaired by Milad Asgarimehr (TU Berlin/GFZ) and Maximilian Semmling (DLR). The workshop's scientific agenda centers on advancing GNSS Reflectometry, a cutting-edge remote sensing technique, to address pressing climate challenges. This aligns with recent satellite missions such ESA's PRETTY and HydroGNSS. The event is designed to foster dynamic exchanges and refine research questions and objectives. The expected outcomes include draft outlines for both review papers and enhanced collaboration among the Geo.X network and the global partners.
