Function and Responsibilities:

As Graduate Coordinator within Talent Management at GFZ, I design and support formats, structures, and exchange spaces related to doctoral research and scientific qualification. My work combines operational program coordination with conceptual development, with a focus on creating supportive conditions for doctoral researchers in both their academic and personal development.

My responsibilities include coordinating the Graduate Program, organizing and facilitating onboarding formats, and leading events such as the Doctoral Days and the Supervision Day. I also support the collaboration with Graduate Convenors, design workshops, and contribute to the development of new formats and processes for the doctoral and research community at GFZ.

Another focus of my work is the development and implementation of the Doctoral Portal as a central platform for doctoral processes, communication, and exchange. In this context, I work at the intersection of user needs, strategic development, and technical implementation.
