In collaboration with the Scientific Director, we develop the key strategic framework document that sets out the Centre’s long-term direction. This involves defining long-term objectives, prioritising initiatives and ensuring institutional alignment to advance GFZ’s mission. We analyse trends and evaluate strategic developments to ensure that the strategy remains adaptable to emerging challenges and opportunities.
