This year's joint annual meeting of the DMG Sections Geochemistry and Petrology/Petrophysics brought together scientists from all over Germany at the GFZ Helmholtz Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam on June 6 and 7. Once again this year, the focus was on exchange, especially for young scientists (Master's students, PhD students and postdocs). The meeting was mainly organized by Hella Wittmann-Oelze, Max Wilke and Katharina Zergiebel.

The awards for the best poster and the best talk both went to the GFZ:

Adrien Folch (Section 3.3) won the “Best Poster Award” and Candice Filoche (Section 3.1) won the “Best Talk Award”. Congratulations!
