Xelerate is a software package for visualizing, analyzing and calibrating X-ray fluorescence (XRF) core scanning data. This software was developed by Menno Bloemsma as part of his MSc and PhD project in collaboration with Rik Tjallingii and Gert Jan Weltje.

The Varved Sediments Database (VARDA) provides standardized proxy records from annually resolved lake archives. All proxy records offer full quantification of age-uncertainty from state of the art age-depth modeling routines.

The observation and analysis of the Earth system requires specially designed measurement technology and analyzing tools. We develop custom solutions to enable scientific field work under the most severe conditions.
